Listen to Your Body: Go Slow. Listen to your body. If it hurts, back off slightly. Be sure to stay hydrated, epsom salt baths afterwards may help from keeping sore. Also, bodywork such as chiropractic, acupuncture and massage may be helpful to assure proper alignment, and avoid stressing any one part of anatomy more than necessary.
