A member asked:

Height seems to vary (510.5 to 6), and not just time of day. is this normal? could dehydration be a factor (i drank a lot this w/e) cause it? are there any natural ways (eg yoga) to stretch the spine to get another 1.5 or more at my age?

Basics: You reach your final adult height after growth centers close. This is between ~16-20y in both genders. Your posture can be responsible for small variations in height. Yoga, exercises & other endeavors will not add to final height.
