Not really: nothing truly makes a post-puberty adult grow. some routines can cause a relaxation along the vertebral column and decompression of the intravertebral disk space getting a temporary slight increase in height. this generally is why we tend to be slightly taller in the morning then we do in the evening after standing all day.

Yoga benefits: Yoga may make you taller by improving your posture. This is primarily due to stretching and maintaining proper alignment of the spine. Nothing actually grows, but your body mechanics may certainly improve. Zumba and kickboxing will not likely give you the same benefit. Other exercises that incorporate stretching, such as pilates may however.

Yoga is great: for many reasons, ut one thing it can't do is increase your height by casing growth. What Yoga does is enhance posture and as many people do not have proper posture and core muscle strenth, they are not standing fully erect. So the practice of Yoga allows one to become strong and stand properly, so you are as tall as your body is able to be. Zumba and Kickboxing are not yoga but do enhance fitness
