Panic Attack: It is important to follow your Doctor's prescription if the Doctor has told you to take medication until you can figure this out. Panic can cause an elevation in blood pressure. Next, consult with a Clinical Psychologist to get help with the panic problem. You may need additional medication to help with the panic.
