having irregular heartbeats. 26, overweight, but in good health generally, full heart check-up last year. doc isn't sure of cause. should i be worried?

Look for sleep apnea: You should probably have a 24-hour heart rhythm monitor for starters. If overweight, would consider evaluation for sleep apnea.
