Cholestasis?: By eating healthier that shouldn't mean starving yourself. Eating less calories per day with smaller more frequent meals is the way to go. If you're skipping meals or not eating often enough, bile transit can slow leading to increased risk of gallstones. If your nausea isn't resolving or stomach becomes painful get checked out. I'm also assuming your not pregnant as a cause of nausea.
