Maybe: Hormonal changes associated with a newborn are more likely to cause,those symptoms than breast feeding. How long have you been breast feeding? Any difficulties? Worries related to milk production, the baby eating enough, and other can increase anxiety as well. Speak with your OB or other breast feeding mothers. Although it is "natural" it is often not as easy as we expect it,to be.
