Asthma kid/ sinus infection. taking augmentin (2 x 8ml) prednisolone (2 x 7ml - 14 days) , flovent 4 puffs (44mcg) x 1 time. can i add drops flonase and 4 puffs of flovent at night? nose started congested/cough better but not totally after 2 days?

Yes you can. Flonase can be used twice a day in the setting of a sinus infection and saline - or hypertonic saline like xlear, can help with sinus drainage. Flovent inhaler slowly over 4-5 seconds and held in the chest for 5-10 seconds (with spacer) can help get maximal effect from each puff of Flovent taken. Hope your child recovers soon.
