: Yes you can. Flonase can be used twice a day in the setting of a sinus infection and saline - or hypertonic saline like xlear, can help with sinus drainage. Flovent inhaler slowly over 4-5 seconds and held in the chest for 5-10 seconds (with spacer) can help get maximal effect from each puff of Flovent taken. Hope your child recovers soon.
