Can a sinus infection give you lots of nose bleeds? i have one according to my doc he gave levofloxacin for it, but nose still bleeds a lot

Not likely: Sinus infections are known for causing fever, pressure sensation, and pain/headache; nosebleeds are not a common symptom. I would definitely get a second opinion, consider going to an ENT specialist.
