Bilateral tinnitus: Can be due to a myriad of of causes such as vascular, neurological, somatic (eg TMJ from whiplash), or stemming from the auditory system, and each category is further divided to additional more specific causes. Tinnitus: Yes sounds like tinnitus. Get hearing checked and get referred to ENT specialist . You are very young and may need further evaluation of tinnitus
