I have a low level ringing in my ears, more left ear than right. has been constant now for over a month. is it likely to be tinnitis. i am 46 . i know that i need my hearing checked as at times i find it difficult to hear customers .thanks?

Bilateral tinnitus: Can be due to a myriad of of causes such as vascular, neurological, somatic (eg TMJ from whiplash), or stemming from the auditory system, and each category is further divided to additional more specific causes.
