I had a tooth extraction almost 5 days ago. should i only brush my teeth once a day for the next two weeks or i can brush my teeth twice a day? when can i eat hot &or spicy and normal food (not only soft&liquid food) again after the tooth extraction?

Post-surgical: Please consult written instructions given to you by Dentist or Oral Surgeon who did the extraction. Brush 2x/day, being gentle around the extraction site. Floss daily. Gradually return to normal-textured food. Try to avoid Hot or Spicy foods for another week.
