Stay away from the extraction site for at least 48 hours, longer if there are sutures. The rest of your mouth is not an issue.

After a difficult extraction, with sutures you can still brush and floss but stay away from that area so you don't disturb the clot and healing and use a soft brush. An easy extraction with no large amount of bleeding and a small wound area, you can brush and floss with care so as not to delay healing. Just be gentile and aware of your actions.
