1.4cm swollen jugulodigastric lymph node left side (been like this a year, scan clear) swollen suboccipital lymph node same side, health fine. why!?

Leave it alone: There's nothing unusual about this. Leave it alone. It's your friend, a big army with lots of different kinds of white blood cells to protect you from infection. Hodgkin's -- the main concern -- would have declared itself by now as something obviously abnormal.
