Because it is normal: Again, doctors treat patients, not lab results, the type of pain you had doesn't mean your heart muscle is insulted, could just be a coronary spasm causing the same symptoms, having chest pain doesn't always mean a heart attack, trust your doctors, and keep your follow up and take medicines as prescribed, wish you all the best
