Try soup: Preferably homemade soup -so u know what's in it! Soup can actually 'trick' the brain into thinking you ate more calories than u actually did. Then, at meal times -u will find that u are not eating as much. With the decreased intake of calories, and the increased 'burning' of calories with exercise, u should lose weight. Eat the soup BEFORE meals, it will curb the appetite. Make sure it's healthy
