Blood in stool: Blood in stool is abnormal and needs explanation. At your age a malignant growth is unlikely. Possibilities include hemorrhoids, anal or rectal fissure, inflammatory bowel disease or inflammation of the rectum. An invasive intestinal infection is less likely. Since you're also experiencing abdominal pain, I favor inflammatory bowel disease and I recommend consultation with a gastroenterologist.

Inflam bowel dis?: Your symptoms suggest inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis/proctitis or Crohn's disease). Maybe less serious, e.g. hemorrhoids. But don't take chances with this -- it could be quite serious. See your doctor soon; or at least speak with her/him and perhaps discuss direct referral to a gastroenterologist. Good luck!
