Can bright red blood with feces on tp after wiping loose stools, be anything to worry about, could this have anything to do with gallbladder?

Bleeding per rectum: Yes, certainly it is something to worry about. I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist. Mostly commonly it could be due to hemorrhoids or diverticulosis but other causes such as a crohn’s colitis, colon cancer and ulcerative colitis can also cause this condition. Cancer of the duct of gall bladder can rarely cause bleeding in stool but it’s usually occult bleeding
