Reduced loose stool: Mebendazole can cause abdominal symptoms. Also consider inflammatory disease-, colitis from Crohns/ulcerative colitis, ileitis or infectious( camphylobacter),rarely missed appy. Consider probioitcs,, stool culture ,abdominal CT . Did the U/S look at the ovaries? if not, would if all else negative. Please follow up with doctor or gastroenterologist ,may wish to do colonoscopy.
