Your description of fresh red blood streaking on but not mixed with normal stools is.more characteristic of anorectal causes like fissure or hemorrhoids. Inflammatory bowel disease is unlikely. We can't exclude a rectal growth as yet. I recommend consulting a proctologist or colorectal surgeon who can perform a simple proctoscopic examination in their office which should give you the diagnosis.
