Must treat the anima: These mites are able to survive and reproduce only on a specific species. Whereas human scabies requires treatment of the person, dog or cat scabies responds to oral ivermectin of the animal. When the animal is cured the human stops itching. The other way the human gets better is by avoiding the animal.
