Probably enough: If the right cream(for scabies) was used in right way(from top to bottom, whole night application), twice in two weeks, it's enough. But need to follow-up with dermatologist for any unresolved issue like itching still severe, rashes still present, etc. Family members should be treated, clothing(underwear, particularly), bed sheet, etc., should be cleansed.
