If you truly have scabies { particular itching and rash }, you should be treated along with all of your current contacts in your home as well as washing thoroughly all your bedding and clothing .This would include your couch and other areas of exposure in your home. Also, the topical treatment should be applied head to toes for 24 hrs to be of the most benefit. Those exposed treated at same time
