Is it normal for me, gerd patient to be easily fatigued, just even in talking, i find myself out of breath. i'm taking omeprazole & domperidone.

Nope: Your neither your GERD or it's treatment should be causing the symptoms you describe! Get your BLOOD COUNT checked,.....you could be anemic from the minute but steady blood loss that can occur with GERD! If it turns out you are IRON DEFICIENT this may be connected with lower esophageal pathology! Hope this helps Dr Z
