Fatigue: Fully history and physical indicated, I would add some blood tests for causes of fatigue, including your blood sugar, red blood cell count H/H to rule out anemia, thyroid hormone level, EBV, Lyme, Vitamin B12, etc. I would also check for H.Pylori if you have stomach pain and consider an EKG and Xray based on results of your exam. Do you list asthma in your history? If so and wheezing see MD

Evaluation needed: Your symptoms are concerning and a cardiac problem must be considered. Inflammation of the stomach lining, duodenal ulcer and pancreatic inflammation are other possibilities. If you're truly experiencing shortness of breath with mild exertion and unusual fatigue, a cardiac process must be ruled out by evaluation by your physician or a cardiologist. If no cardiac cause, gi testing is needed.
