Treatment Planning: Without additional information, such as the condition of your other teeth, your occlusion, periodontal issues, etc, it is not easy to answer this question. Please see a local dentist who can actually examine you and give you your options regarding reconstructing your smile. All the best...

Possible 3: Having 6 teeth across the front tied to 3 implants(one on each side as terminal abutments, and one in the middle as a pier abutment) should suffice. Some will do it with only two. The amount of native bone, the angle of the implants and what it is opposing as well as the quality of the support behind it (your back teeth) needs to be examined. Im not a big fan of two implants for the front 6.

Treatment planning: Treatment planning depends on diagnostic procedures. You would have to be examined, x-rayed, evaluated as to your dental health and your general physical health, your occlusion, and so many other factors. For implants to be successful you have to be healthy, your mouth has to be healthy, and you need the services of a skilled practitioner.
