Possible ER visit : Allergex or chlorpheniramine is a anti-histamine which is often used for allergic reactions. The maximum dose is 24mg over 24hrs for an adult. Go to the Emergency room if she is either, a child under 16, unable to arouse, shallow breathing, having seizures, OR if you question she may also taken other medications, drugs or alcohol. She should be constantly monitored nevertheless.
