My friend tried to overdose and took 5 allergex.. is this serious? should we take her to the hospital??

Yes: I doubt that the meds themselves will pose much danger but she should be taken to the ER for a mental health screening. Any such overdose is a cry for health and ignoring it can lead to fatal outcome eventually.
