OCD: Congrats on your recovery from OCD. I don't have relapse stats in front of me but do know you have it w/in your to keep from relapse w/a 4 year history of doing well. Consider a re-visit to your therapist to dust off your CBT skills a bit. Some self-help can be found w/and app called nOCD. Peace and good health.
