Erosion vs. other?: Depending upon your age and medical condition, it could be an erosion. Women who have nursed babies notoriously have sagging breasts that frequently, combined with heat rashes, have reddish erosive lesions under their breast. If that's the case, keeping it dry and protecting from further erosion should help. Otherwise, see your PCP for consideration of a dermatology consult.

See your doctor: while flat lesions are generally less concerning, it is worthwhile for you to see a doctor to determine if that spot needs biopsy. skin changes that are round and symmetrical are more reassuring, but only a physical exam can help us know for sure.
