Dark scaly spot next to areola on right breast, tingly and itchy, also have noticed its slightly bigger over the past 3 months, could it be pagets?

Pagets : dear lakeida, Pagets is more often red, itchy rather than scaly. Other possibilities include Tinea or other non-infectious dermatitis such as impetigo or piryriasiform dermatitis (especially with a scale). The only way to truly know is a punch biopsy of the affected skin.
