Breasts flaky itchy: Could be fungal ,candida, or bacterial. May benefit from antifungal cream, Monostat and perhaps an antifungal pill- Diflucan and/ or bactrim an antibiotic for staph infection as well as mupirocin an antibiotic cream f/u/ w/ doc

See your doctor : It could be a simple skin problem happen to be on the breast it might gut itchy and it was scratch specially during sleep or an oil gland cyst the created the skin changes and it opened and start draining either way the best thing is to be seen and examined by a physician meanwhile apply a skin lotion alternating with topical antibiotics and keep the area very clean
