So sorry: Late pregnancy losses are so difficult to grasp...everything going fine and then.....disaster. I would absolutely look into clotting problems as the cause, making sure you don't have predisposition toward excessive clotting that could have cut blood flow to placenta. Also, screenings for autoimmune diseases in mom. If contemplating another pregnancy, talk to your OB about how to monitor
