How does listeria cause stillbirth in pregnancy? is it possible to be contaminated with listeria and not have any adverse symptoms until birth?

Listeria: typically by infecting the bag of water. The symptoms might be mild enough that you might not be aware of them. Listeria is not a very common cause of chorioamnionitis, but is quite serious.
