Good question: Status of evaluation for stillbirth  fetal autopsy  placental evaluation  karyotype  indirect coombs’  serologic test for syphilis  screen for fetal-maternal hemorrhage (kliehauer-betke or other)  toxicology screen  thorough medical and obstetric history  parvovirus serology  lupus anticoagulant screen  anticardiolipin antibodies  factor v leiden mutation.. These are just a few of the many tests.
