Assuming the: diagnosis of stye/hordeolum (an infection of an oil gland in the eyelid) is correct, the treatment you describe may or may not be helping. Styes usually resolve on their own with good hygiene and warm compresses. Antibiotic (megamox) ointment or drops are unproven; I see no role for Flanzen here. Be patient; don't aggravate with make up, etc. Should resolve in 7-14 days. Wear a smile/sun glasses:)
