You need to: tell us the name of the medication for us to be able to tell you possible side effects. I don't know what you are referring to with PCS. Post- Concussive Syndrome? Use of particular antidepressant medications can be an effective for treatment of head pain and other conditions.

Not sure...: ...about what symptoms you are describing. Certainly, if this is post-traumatic brain injury there is evidence suggesting tricyclic antidepressants can be used to help alleviate symptoms.
