I have been diagnosed with severe depression, can i continue to take my anti-depressant (prozac)?

Yes: It is a category c medication. There are some rare incidence of primary pulmonary hypertension in the baby and increased neonatal jitteriness. However, if you have severe depression it sounds like the benefits may outweigh the risks for you.
