See dentist ASAP: In the mean time you may get some pain relief by: gently brushing the tooth and rinsing with warm water to remove any debris, avoid very hot and very cold foods, avoid acidic drinks, avoid sweet foods, take over the counter pain medication same as for a headache. The only way you will get any meaningful, long term relief is to go to the dentist and have it treated properly.
