Tooth ache: The obvious answer is to have him see a dentist. If he has a dental fear remind him that the dental profession has made lots of progress in recent years and it may be a better experience than he thinks it will be and w/relief at the end. Peace and good health.

Toothache: Most common cause is infection. Your son should be under the care of a General Dentist or a Pediatric Dental Specialist since his 1st birthday. Please immediately call his dental care provider.
