I made a delivery with c section i want to know why my cervix didn't dilate and is there a chance my cervix will dilate in my 2 preganancy?

Well : There are many possibilities. However you were given a c section due to concern for the baby. If there is no progression of the delivery or the baby is showing signs of compromise you need to get the baby out. Next pregnancy you can try a normal vaginal delivery. Each pregnancy is different. However if next baby is c section any baby after that will also be c section
