MFM care.: Depending on your gestational age maternal-fetal medicine consultation will help you and the babies achieve the optimal perinatal outcome. Pessary apparently may help prevent twin preterm birth, but pretty much nothing else helps. Please see an mfm to assess chorionicity and possibility of ttts/ops. Steroids and short term tocolysis (magnesium sulfate for 48 hours) help and should be considered!
