My 1st pregnancy is fullterm with no complications[vaginal delivery] this is my 2nd pregnancy and during 20 week anatomy scan, my cervix length is 3cm. iam bit worried. my doc isn't concerned at all. do you think i need a transvaginal ultrasound?

Trust your OB doctor, do not worry if your doctor doesn't. You had a normal first pregnancy so the anatomy of your cervix should be fine for the second one. Of course, a transvaginal US will give you a better measurement but you do not need to push for it if your OB doc thinks not necessarily. Good luck with your second baby.
