A member asked:

What is the chances that a cervical ripening don't dilate my cervix and the baby don't drop when im at the hospital and they have to do a c-section?

Somewhat increased: Your chance of a c-section is normally around 25% and will be higher when you are starting an induction with an "unripe" cervix. Such an induction could take several days if you want to give yourself the best chance for a vaginal delivery.
