Due to risks of other complications from coeliac disease recommend try to stick to diet.

Time to change: Please discuss your pathology report with GI specialist to see how abnormal the polyp was and how frequently you need colonoscopy. It appears that you are aware of smoking and diet to be the significant problems.

Worry is relative !: If they never told you, you need to be aware of a fact. Every time someone with celiac disease consumes gluten, their immune system creates new antibodies that attack various tissues in the body.Your symptoms may be readily apparent or subtle, but they will eventually lead to more problems. It is hard enough to remain gluten free when you try, since it can be found in unexpected items.
