Lymphadenopathy: Did you mean inguinal nodes? A variety of causes. Here is some general information: https://patient.info/health/swollen-lymph-glands Recommend for specifics and to work out how reassured or otherwise you should be about your normal tests seek a consult with a doctor licensed in your area as will need a good history and re-examination to help properly answer your question here.

Need more info: It is not feasible to say if there is reason to worry, however, enlargement of the nodes warrants close follow-up. The enlargement may be due to a persistent infection in the head and neck area. Please follow your doctor's advise for follow-up visits, tests and imagining. Wish you and your daughter good health! Inguinal ymph node?: I am not familiar with the term inguilar. You may mean inguinal which is by the groin. If so, then small lymph nodes (pea sized or less than 1 cm) are not much to worry about. You may want to look at the legs to see if there is any infection brewing. If the us is negative and the blood looks good, watchful waiting in appropriate. Just keep an eye on them. Good luck and feel better!
