Parotid gland swell, cbc ok, usn revealed r/l normal but 5.6mm hypoechoic lymph swell on r side plus hopoechoic bilateral upper cervical. how serious?

That said, pls check with MD if your constellation of other symptoms are inflammatory or infectious, and if not or if persistent, you may need other tests to rule out other causes of swelling and small nodes. Tests may include Fine needle aspirations and pathology examination.
