Yes ok: If no active bleeding I wouldn't worry about it. the clots most likely just dislodge and attached to the other area of your tooth secondary to some mouth dryness overnight.

Blood clots: That's not a problem as long as the bleeding has stopped. If you continue to get oozing of blood and the clot increases in size, call your dentist. Otherwise you are fine and as you brush, floss, rinse and eat, the clot will disappear on the adjoining teeth. If any questions or concern, call and speak to your dentist.
