Acne: Zinc doesn't help acne. You should get Minocycline by prescription.

Save your money: 40 years ago there was a suggestion that Zn supplements might help acne. It was studied and shown to be NOT EFFECTIVE. So it was abandoned by those who actually know how to clear acne. But the frauds and crooks kept looking for suckers to sell to. They will sell anything the rubes will buy. Zinc supplements are useful for only a few special situations unrelated to acne.
