How to treat acne with food supplements and natural remedies ?

Forgive my frankness: Acne is a serious, chronic, non-lifestyle-related disease that's a grave personal and professional problem. It's manageable with benzoyl peroxide and prescription-strength rx's from your doctor. If someone is forcing you to use "natural" / non-evidence-based remedies because of a misguided fear of real science, you have my sympathy and you have a right to be very angry. Hope you get help now.

Trial & Error: There are several ideas online that offer suggestions. Since most are harmless, you can try different combinations to see what help you. Here's just one link: http://www.Healthextremist.Com/10-best-all-natural-remedies-for-acne/ tea tree oil is a favorite for many. Baking soda paste, patting with slices of fresh raw potato is a soothing one. Good luck!
