A member asked:

What cand the cause of having both cobber and zinc deficiency be even with supplement?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mineral deficiencies: Mineral deficiencies are uncommon in the US. Zinc and copper blood levels are not accurate and do not rule out a deficiency. Zinc supplementation interferes with copper absorption. Eat a balanced diet, avoid OTC supplementations with out consulting your doctor, as you might be making the problem worse.
